4. Data storage and security

Data isolation

Every account's data is isolated at the database level. No company or user can access another's voice profiles, content, or usage data. Neither ContentVoice.ai nor the AI behind it retains or shares data between requests. Each content generation is processed as an independent, stateless request.

ContentVoice.ai uses a multi-tenant architecture, which is the same approach used by widely trusted platforms such as Slack, HubSpot, and Salesforce. Your data is logically separated and protected by database-level access controls that enforce strict per-account boundaries.

5. Data retention

• Billing records Retained for 7 years as required by law

Upon account deletion, your data will be deleted within 30 days. Backups may retain data for up to 90 days before being purged.
